Adrianne is the owner of bird. Designer, copywriter, photographer, illustrator, cheque signer, chef and day-to-day studio runner.
Adrianne has strong roots in production and visual communications having had successful tenures as studio manager of a boutique design practice, national design and production management for a large funds manager and several design and PR positions in both WA and the eastern seaboard.
A recent career highlight was traveling to Christmas Island in 2007 to work on the Red Crabs of Australia's Christmas Island 3D giant screen eco-documentary (to be shown in IMAX theatres), where she explored a unique and natural island paradise while keeping the film crew organised and penning scripts.
A lexicon in all things communication, she believes passionately in the influence of design and its ability to create positive social impact and meaningful relationships.
Lapsang Souchong tea, soy-based inks and being challenged creatively are what excite her the most.
